DHS Components Work Together to Embody ISPI Standards
The presentation will help to evaluate how organizations can better align with key ISPI Standards of Practice to improve the results, visibility, and performance of key developmental performance initiatives. The discussion will benefit performance improvement professionals who are seeking to
foster a “team” culture,
achieve balance between enterprise and mission specific human capital priorities,
create value with clear linkages to mission success, or
leverage information, innovation and leading practices.
