ISPI Call for Conference Proposals focuses on "What Works"

Are you interested in presenting at THE Performance Improvement Conference 2013, April 12-17 at the Silver Legacy Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada? If so, the call for conference proposals has officially begun!

This year, the conference will focus on What Works. ISPI is searching for proposals that highlight performance tools, models, programs, case studies, and interventions that change paradigms and make things cheaper, faster, and better. We’re looking for proposals that focus on evidenced-based research featuring best practices, positive lessons, and successful performance improvement projects, cases studies, job aids or performance tools.

Submitted proposals will be considered for:

• 90-minute educational sessions across the seven tracks of Analysis, The Business of Human Performance Technology (HPT), Instructional Inventions, Measurement and Evaluation, Organizational Design Interventions, Process or Tool Interventions, and Research to Practice

• 20-minute “Chat and Chew” roundtable discussions

• One- and two-day pre-conference workshops

See links below for the appropriate forms to start on your submission today.

Presentations should provide participants with a performance tool, new methodology, or job aid. The What Works theme will be a significant factor in the selection criteria, so keep that in mind as you write your proposal.

The submission deadline for all proposals is August 30. If you have any questions, please contact 301-587-8570 or email conference@ispi.org.
