Whether you are a department of 1 or 100, if you are tasked with improving the performance of your managers, supervisors, trainers and executives this program will provide you with numerous proven techniques, strategies, exercises and tools that you can use successfully as an internal or external performance improvement professional. Through a series of experiential exercises this session will focus on "how" to transform an organizational culture while improving performance-based factors such as knowledge, skills, motivation levels, measurements and leadership support. Organizations must learn to utilize front-line leaders and trainers in ways that promote increased performance for all employees while reducing the need for micro-management from senior leaders. This call to lead, mentor and coach places extreme pressure for these leaders to understand the issues, gain the knowledge to access the real causes for lower than expected performance and to implement strategies that will successfully increase results from where they are to where they have to be.
