Jason's current passion is to support individuals, teams and organizations on evidence-based decisions and actions through strategic planning, analytics, performance consulting, and evaluation. He is also interested at the effective use of technology, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and data visualization to cultivate a result-oriental learning organization.
Working with his teammates, Jason co-developed the internal Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation (AME) Certification Program in an effort to build the evaluator capability across departments and cultivate the culture of evidence-based decision making at JetBlue Airways. The AME Certification Program became the first program accredited by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) in 2011.
Jason has volunteered in various professional societies, including ISPI, SICET, and AECT, as a reviewer, a co-chair and chair in various awards of excellence committees, conference committees, and boards.
