Bio

After almost 30 years working with organizations to achieve business results by improving the performance of workforce professionals and university teaching, I am creating an M.S. in Instructional Design and Performance Technology to be delivered online and face-to-face at Franklin University. The program is expected to go live in Fall 2010. We are currently awaiting approval by the Ohio Board of Regents.
