Manages multimedia design teams consisting of instructional designers, content developers, 3D modeling and simulation artists, graphic artists, programmers, and quality assurance analysts
Develops SCORM-compliant, instructor-led and interactive courseware using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Systems Approach to Training (SAT), and Guided Experiential Learning (GEL) models for training development
Tracks course development progress, monitors resource requirements, and interacts with clients routinely to facilitate product reviews through final acceptance
Establishes and maintains project standards and conventions for quality control
Validates courseware to ensure instructional integrity and compliance with applicable policy/guidelines
Develops training plans, analyzes training needs, and establishes training curriculum in accordance with project requirements
Collects and analyzes data to support job and task analysis, training effectiveness analysis, front-end analysis, and cognitive task analysis efforts
Facilitates focus group discussions, collects data, analyzes data, and reports results

Helps the company grow and expand by reaching new customers; develops new business avenues for IDSI; works closely with the marketing, customer relations, performance improvement, and quality assurance teams.
Gathers customer market data; conducts extensive research pertaining to channel development, product development, and product distribution; assists marketing team and helps to develop new business strategies; conducts market analysis, and develops new and improved methods for marketing products through new/emerging and traditional media.
