Bio

20+ years of experience in training, development and HPT arena. Currently, I am the President of the ISPI Capella Chapter. I have done presentations at CCCAOE and ISPI.
Published articles in the HPT field in: Quality Progress, PIJ, Training & Development and training. I have expertise in the entire learning cycle from conducting needs assessment to measuring ROI. I am an innovative change agent bringing creative ideas and solutions to address business needs. I excel at building collaborative relationshiips where partnerships form to establish cost-effective performance solutions and have a strong record of accomplishments in envisiong change and driving initiatives producting business results in all levels and fuctions within an organization. My PhD is from the SOE with a specialization in the training and performance area from Capella University.
