Doug Leigh, Ph.D., is an associate professor with Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education. His research, publication, and consulting interests involve cause analysis, organizational trust, leadership visions, and dispute resolution. Doug is co-editor of The Handbook of Selecting and Implementing Performance Interventions and past editor-in-chief of the International Society for Performance Improvement's (ISPI) professional journal, Performance Improvement.
