There have been a number of recent added features to the community that greatly increase your ability to collaborate. Here are a few we think you'll find most useful:
Personal and Group Blog Changes - File Upload & Document Sharing within Blogs - The blog system now allows a file upload. File types
include: pictures, documents, media, spreadsheets, presentations and
more. This feature works for both personal blogs and group blogs. Personal blogs can now maintain multiple blogs
within their profile. The blogs have all the features of
group/community blogs including: tagging, searching, video embedding
and more.
File Libraries - Groups can now have front-end file libraries that can hold a collection of files for use throughout the group. They can also be set to a "collaborative" mode so that members of the group can upload their own files. If you are either a group member or Group Administrator and you need help getting a file library set up, please contact a Community Administrator.
Collaborative (Wiki) Pages - A group can now have pages that allow the page to be edited by any member who has access to it, by selecting the "Edit this page" link on the page. A version history is kept, so when you make a change to a wiki page make sure to indicate the type of change you made along with a description of the change(s).
Of course, there are also a number of added features to the back-end of the site. These will help us provide the best online experience possible.
