CURRENT Update (11/6/2013)
I am transitioning from my job in Boeing Commercial Airplanes Systems Engineering to Boeing Learning, Training, and Development. It was a little more than 9 years ago I left the training organization to pursue new adventures in Systems Engineering. I have learned a lot, but am looking forward to returning to my "roots" in the area of education, performance improvement, and training.
Further explore and develop leadership theory. Enable the development of others to realize their full potential both in academia and in practice.

2012 Designed a critical thinking presentation.
2012 Developed a Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management curriculum for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Systems Engineering.
2011 Boeing Enterprise Team member tasked with identifying the development plan for Boeing Program Managers. Work with Boeing Commercial Airplanes by coaching, training, supporting, and deployment of the Program Management Best Practices.
2008 - 2010 Work across the Boeing Enterprise in support of program management development as a best practices consultant and through the Boeing Leadership Center program managers workshop.
2004 – 2008 Led and collaborated with various Boeing organizations in improvement areas using Value Management and value engineering methodology. Major areas included engineering workforce skill development and competency assessments.
2002 Led the Boeing Company’s Learning, Training and Development in a strategic transformation exercise. This large organization consisted of several business units with a large customer base. The resulting strategy aligned the training organization’s vision, mission, goals and objectives with the products and services it provided to its customers.
1997 Lead consultant on aligning Boeing’s Compensation organization subsequent to the Boeing McDonnell merger in.
